Mike Knight’s eighth solo exhibition, The Eddy Effect, is one of tender insight and reflection, it unapologetically focuses on the human condition, its power and fragility.

Knight’s collection of portraits and peopled compositions provide richly layered observations. Painted with empathy, honesty and subtle humour, Knight’s technique and signature palette means he gives even his quietest canvas a rich and unique voice.

Dulux Colour Awards- Making a Splash!

Dulux event at GLG

The Dulux Colour Awards Evening held in March was certainly a colourful evening.  Against a backdrop of bright paint cans and lavish swabs of paint, guests who included  prominent designers and architects, surveyed and discussed the entries over a glass of wine.  The winning prize went to McBride Charles Ryan’s project at Fitzroy High School which allowed students to use colour to navigate their way around the school.  Congratulations to all contestants, it was a great night.
